Our skin products are handmade therefore we cannot accept NO returns, exchanges or any cancelations.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
If your order is lost or gone missing we advise you to follow up with the postal courier and file a claim with them. Please forward all necessary details to our customer service department for reference. If your order is incorrect, please email us a photo of what you received and we will replace the order within 48-72 hours.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@porelessface.com
